we know Alert Pay canceled deal with visa or master so many traders withdraw by wire bank or exchanger I want ask for traders withdraw by wire bank is there any problem by this method is there safely method ??????

If you get scammed by someone or if somebody have stolen your money, they will be able to decude the money of the scammers account and credit it back to you. Therefore it is possible to have minus balance in Alertpay account. If this is the case, your account will be frozen until you have payed the remaining sum to Alertpay to have a zero balance.
