“Two pizza”:

In a meeting where number of peoples are, and everyone is trying to monopolize the other. In this situation you may get a lot of opinions but it spoil the decision making process.  But with Two pizza rule you may get balance of attaining different perspectives, while remaining manageable and responsive.

No PowerPoint:

In Bezos recent shareholders annual letter, instead of using power point he use narratively written memo. Which is easy to understand, for fresh mind, because of easy sentences, verbs and narratively wrote. Bezos no powerpoint take about a week to refine the whole six pages memo.
